Lake Forest Sports Park

We are proud to have worked on the signage for this magnificent sports park in Lake Forest. The 86-acre Sports Park & Recreation Center is one of the largest sports parks in Orange County, with 57 acres devoted to sports fields and a multi-functional recreational center.

Our Bravo team installed the entry monument sign letters & cast aluminum park plaque, which we hand painted, at all three entries of the park. Throughout the park we installed map wayfinding signage, parking lot directional signage, and cut out Corten-steel decorative animals in the planters. Additionally, Bravo provided and installed 5 Daktronics ball field scoreboards and 2 soccer field scoreboards. We also constructed the architectural feature- Glass Creek Overlook deck of Corten steel. From the deck, you see the Saddleback Mountains and Saddleback Valley

The landscaping and architectural design of the facility preserves the natural beauty of the Saddleback Valley and utilizes energy-saving measures. Those elements include a meandering dry rock creek bed, two bio-retention basins, and grassy vegetated swales meandering through the sports fields and parking lots. The facility also aims to reduce water consumption by incorporating recycled water in the restrooms, drought tolerant and native plant species in the planters, and select turf grasses which reduce water use.
